Katy has over eight years of experience working in various marketing and customer success positions. She has a wide background in both the performing arts and outdoor industries. This versatility and flexibility allows her to work with clients in a variety of different industries including technology, lifestyle, running, and the arts. 

Katy has six years of experience working in the running industry. After completing an internship with Girls on the Run- DC in 2012, she worked for three years at Pacers Running in Alexandria, VA gaining management experience on the retail floor and at local road races. In 2016, Katy began working as a Field Market Representative for HOKA ONE ONE. Over the course of three years, Katy developed strong and profitable relationships with over 175 specialty running store accounts through clinics, wear test events, expos, and in-field activation of marketing initiatives. She was part of the larger HOKA ONE ONE team that helped elevate the brand to be the number six running footwear brand in the United States. 

From January- June 2019, Katy worked at the Walt Disney World Resort in their group sales department assisting guests bringing large groups to the resort. In August 2019, she founded Forward Momentum Sales & Marketing and started assisting clients with their marketing and sales needs.
